After 24 years in corporate leadership roles across global organizations, Elaine achieved everything she thought she wanted: the senior title, the respect, the paycheck. But something was missing. So she made a bold decision. She left it all behind to create something that truly mattered to her.
Today, as an accredited executive coach, leadership facilitator, and HKU MBA Leadership Lecturer, Elaine helps professional women who are exactly where she used to be: talented, accomplished, but somehow still feeling invisible or unfulfilled. She gets it because she's lived it.
Elaine doesn't just talk about breaking barriers, she's actually done it. She understands the corporate game from the inside, but she also knows there's life beyond it. Elaine brings both the strategic business wisdom and the deep empathy that mean her clients don't just get coached. They get transformed.
Siobhan Barnes
Siobhan Barnes is an accredited coach, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, and certified Feminine Embodiment & Artemesia Energetics Coach. With a background in commercial and corporate real estate at JLL and Goldman Sachs, Siobhan understands the pressures and complexity of high-achieving environments.
For over a decade, she’s coached and mentored women in Hong Kong and around the world to step into purpose-led careers, combining strategic vision with embodiment and mindset work.
Her approach is both deeply supportive and highly practical, helping women align their careers with their values and ambitions.
